brains

i love my brain. it is so unusual. (i know i have one because it has been looked at from both sides and i have two pieces of paper that say i have a brain.) i think at times that it has a mind of its own. i can be in the middle of something or reading something and it will just take off on its own traveling down some mysterious corridor bent on examining some inconsequential (at least to the moment) fact or place or person or animal or something. and it's so darn sneaky. sometimes i don't even notice the fact that it's left me standing alone until several minutes later. i think that is absolutely amazing. think about it. my brain left and i went right on. while it was off doing it's own thing my body kept right on driving down the road (scary, huh!), reading the same book, doing the same chore, or doing whatever. i think that is amazing. how does that happen? i don't know, but this i know, the brain is much, much more complex than anyone knows - and it's just a piece of muscle, or whatever. and they say it just happened - just kind of evolved over time. think about it. and oh yeah, God, what's your thoughts about this?
